Why I’m a Realtor
My love of architecture and design brought me to real estate. It incorporates many of my passions, including gardening and landscape design, historical perspectives and environmental challenges. Most of all, it fulfills my desire to help people. As a people person, I truly love helping people with their real estate goals. I promise to guide you in navigating the sometimes rocky waters of real estate.
How I Work
Communication is key for success. I listen attentively, hear what you are saying and respond with thoughtful, articulate answers. I will keep you informed of what’s happening. I will ask questions to make sure we are on the same page. I will encourage you to do the same with me.
I value integrity. It is my job to be honest with you. You may not always like what I say, but be assured it’s what you need to hear.
Some people manage the big picture or the details. I do both. Understanding the broader vision of your goals, I will use my analytical skills to manage all aspects of your transaction and ensure that it be as smooth and seamless as possible.
I work diligently – for you.
Because I study the market, I can explain it to you in easy to understand language. As a skilled facilitator and negotiator, I am calm, respectful and patient. Add to that my tech-savvy and visual presentation skills and we are sure to succeed. Did I mention that I’m fun? I will be with you through it all with insight and a sense of humor.
My clients are precious to me. I will be a zealous advocate for you and your interests.

Communication, attention to detail, and follow-through are among the skills I excelled at as an award-winning Senior Project Manager with a Fortune 500 company, before transitioning to a career in real estate. These are invaluable skills in our competitive real estate market. My goal is to always exceed clients’ expectations with my focused creativity, organization, and exceptional analytic skills. My clients can relax knowing that I will be with them every step of the way in any real estate transaction.
A California native, I have enjoyed living in the East Bay for over 16 years since buying my home in Berkeley. I am familiar with the numerous neighborhoods in the greater Berkeley/Oakland/El Cerrito area and what each of those areas has to offer. In my free time, I’m often gardening, and especially love finding new and unusual plants to experiment with in the garden. Acting is another of my passions, and you may see me onstage with one of our local theatre groups.
Working together, we can find the best fit for your unique vision of homeownership!
